ĀDI Art Lab, founded by Aditi Sood, is a Bio Art Studio where art, science & philosophy merge seamlessly.

A Biotechnologist by education & Artist because of a sheer love of the matrimony of Art & Science. Aditi is trying to brew a unique space where art, science & philosophy intersect.
The ideology is to serve as a democratic window through which the general public can appreciate both art and science.
Inspiration behind the logo
In Sanskrit ĀDI refers to the beginning, the first, the primordial — a point of origin from which ideas, life & creation emerge, rather than simply a shortened name.
This makes ĀDI ART LAB feel much more intentional, connecting [ancent knowledge / origins] -> to your exploration of transformation & interconnectedness.
The organic Devanagari form, subtle Botanical / DNA / circular orbit references and elements suggests continuity and the cycles of life.
ART • SCIENCE • LIFE expresses the central philosophy of the studio: exploring where creativity, scientific thought and existence meet.
The clean black and cream treatment keeps the identity contemporary.

THE INVISIBLE HERBARIUM
I began to notice that the extraordinary was not only in biotechnology or futuristic possibilities. It was already present everywhere—in a cell dividing, a root branching, a fungal network spreading through soil, a bacterial colony multiplying, a leaf carrying water, mitochondria carrying an ancient memory, or two organisms quietly exchanging what each needs to survive.
